Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Flowtive (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The service

Flowtive lets you schedule and publish content to third-party social media platforms (Instagram, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, TikTok, X), generate AI-assisted captions, and view analytics. We're a tool — we don't own or control the platforms you connect to, and their terms also apply to anything you publish.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account.
  • You're responsible for connected social accounts. If you lose access to a connected account, that's between you and the platform.

4. What you can post

You may not use Flowtive to publish content that:

  • Is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or defames anyone.
  • Harasses, threatens, or incites hatred against people or groups.
  • Sexualizes minors or distributes sexual content of anyone without consent.
  • Promotes self-harm, terrorism, or extremist violence.
  • Contains malware, phishing links, or attempts to compromise other users.
  • Misrepresents your identity in a way that violates the connected platform's rules (impersonation, fake accounts).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we cooperate with platforms when they ask us to take down content scheduled through Flowtive.

5. Your content

You own everything you upload or write in Flowtive. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service (e.g. scheduling a pin to Pinterest, calling an AI provider to rewrite a caption).

We don't use your content to train AI models. We don't sell your content.

6. AI features

Flowtive uses third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) for caption rewriting, idea generation, and hashtag suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your audience — review everything before publishing. You are responsible for what you post.

7. Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorize Flowtive to act on your behalf via that platform's API, within the scopes you granted. You can revoke access at any time from Flowtive's Accounts page or from the connected platform's own settings. Each platform may also impose rate limits, content rules, and terms that apply independently of these Terms.

8. Plans, billing, refunds

  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period.
  • Prices are in EUR/USD as shown at checkout and include applicable VAT where required by EU law.
  • We offer a pro-rata refund within 14 days of the first paid charge for EU/EEA customers (consumer right of withdrawal), unless you have already substantially used the Service in that period.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the Service down for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

We're not responsible for outages or behavior of third-party platforms — if Instagram's API is down, your scheduled Instagram posts may fail. We retry within reasonable limits.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing privacy@flowtive.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for prolonged inactivity.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowtive's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection law allows you to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
